Adderly Grant-Lord is a celebrated visual artist originally from St. Vincent and the Grenadines and currently based in Colorado. She is the recipient of the Boulder Chamber’s 2024 Women Who Light the Community Honoree award and the Best of the West 2023 Readers’ Choice Art Award.

Grant-Lord holds a BFA from the Fashion Institute of Technology (SUNY) in New York City and a degree in Fashion Illustration and Visual Art from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Known for her vibrant use of pinks, blues, and yellows, her abstract-surrealist work evokes joy, beauty, and emotional depth.

She curated and produced Black Futures in Art: We Are Not Just History (2022–2024), a groundbreaking retrospective in partnership with the NAACP highlighting underrepresented artists across Boulder County. She has served as a juror for the Pearl Street Arts Festival and is an active member of Boulder Open Studios and the NoBo Art District. Her work has been exhibited at Creative Framing Fine Art Gallery in Louisville and the Cottonwood Center for the Arts in Colorado Springs. She currently serves as Afrofuturist curator and featured artist at the Museum of Boulder’s Proclaiming Colorado Black History exhibit and sits on the board of the NoBo Art District.

Residing in Lafayette, Colorado, Grant-Lord’s work explores beauty, history, and identity, celebrating diversity and inviting viewers to discover hidden treasures within themselves and the world.
